With less than two weeks to go until the first OVA for popular anime Re:Zero -Starting Life in Another World- premieres in Japanese cinemas, a second OVA project has been announced!
Titled Hyouketsu no Kizuna (Frozen Bonds), it will be based on a prequel novel included as a bonus for the TV anime’s first Blu-ray and DVD volume. The story will focus on how Emilia and Puck first met and their path to Roswaal’s mansion.
Before this, fans can look forward to the general release of the anime’s first OVA, Memory Snow. Those catching it in the first week will be gifted with a new 96-page novel titled Re:Zero -Starting Life in Another World- Another Memory Snow by original author Nagatsuki Tappei.
Re:Zero -Starting Life in Another World- Memory Snow opens in Japanese theaters on Oct. 6.
