Toho Animation began streaming a new promotional video on Friday for Studio Trigger and XFlag’s original anime film Promare. The video features Superfly’s ending theme song “Kōri wo Tojikomete” (Imprison in Ice).

The film opened in Japan on May 24 in 200 theaters, and ranked at #8 in its opening weekend. Theatergoers currently can receive a serial code card that links to an all-new 10-minute prequel anime “Galo-hen” (Galo Chapter). The first bonus will be available until June 6. A second bonus card with a serial code linking to a similar “Lio-hen” (Lio Chapter) prequel video will start distribution to theatergoers on June 7.
