Viz Media announced a replacement solution on August 30 for the booklet errors in the limited edition of the first Sailor Moon Sailor Stars home video release.

Those who purchased the limited edition version with the errors should e-mail “SailorMoonStarsBooklet@visionmedia.com” with the subject line “Sailor Moon Replacement.” In the e-mail, buyers should state their full name, phone number, e-mail address, and mailing address for where the replacement booklet should be shipped.

Viz Media previously stated, “The erroneous text is in the romaji provided with the song lyrics. The booklet is the only item affected and the issue does not affect the rest of the Limited Edition set or the Standard BD or DVD releases.”

The set shipped with 17 episodes on June 18. Viz Media’s release marks the first time Sailor Moon Sailor Stars, which is the fifth and final season of the original Sailor Moon television anime series, is getting a home video release in North America.

Similar to Viz Media’s previous Sailor Moon sets, the release has a limited-edition Blu-ray Disc/DVD combo pack, a standard Blu-ray Disc/DVD combo pack, and a standard DVD release. The limited-edition set includes a full-color episode guide inside a collector’s chipboard box.

The anime originally aired for 34 episodes from 1996 to 1997.
