Synopsis:

What would the world be like if 80 percent of the population manifested extraordinary superpowers called “Quirks” at age four? Heroes and villains would be battling it out everywhere! Becoming a hero would mean learning to use your power, but where would you go to study? U.A. High’s Hero Program of course! But what would you do if you were one of the 20 percent who were born Quirkless?

Middle school student Izuku Midoriya wants to be a hero more than anything, but he hasn’t got an ounce of power in him. With no chance of ever getting into the prestigious U.A. High School for budding heroes, his life is looking more and more like a dead end. Then an encounter with All Might, the greatest hero of them all gives him a chance to change his destiny…

 

My opinion:

My Hero Academia is honestly my absolute favorite anime. Most people that I have talked to said that they dont want to watch this over hyped anime, but seriously, give it a try. It has an amazing plot, and really good drama. It’s not like your typical anime, where plot just happens one season, and then they randomly go to the beach. Everything that happens in this anime has something to do with advancing with the plot. The characters are all amazing, and they have a lot of depth. Everyone has feelings and emotions. All the fight scenes are amazing. A lot of anime that is like this just puts a lot of flashing things on the screen to distract you from the choppiness of it. But the animations on every aspect of this anime is superb. The music in this anime is honestly amazing. It really catches the feeling of the moment. Something amazing happens? There is music that will give you goosebumps when you hear it. The openings are amazing. I really didn’t like the second and third openings until I actually listened to them. My Hero Academia can really pick some good music. And honestly, I have re-watched this anime just because it is actually really good. I completely forget about some things, so re-watching it gave me a reminder about some important things.
